Ott-Navigator
To watch IPTV on an Android device, you need to install the OTT TV (Navigator OTT) player from the Google Play Store (you can use the keyword AppNovatica when searching for the app).

Next, in the menu, select the Provider option - Add Provider - Frequent Templates Nearby (language and region), and choose Cbilling.

After that, you will reach the following menu

Here, you need to enter the public key from the billing system (cbilling.eu). You can find it on the Main Page or the Playlist Page.

Click on "Public Key," enter it (make sure you use the Latin keyboard layout), and optionally give it a custom name, in my case, it is cbilling, then click Apply.

The result should look like this:

Click Apply again, and if everything is done correctly, you should see a message confirming that the settings were applied successfully.

After that, click Return, and you will see the following:

Click the Back button to return to the settings menu.

By default, adult channels are hidden. To view them, go to List Settings and uncheck the box for Hide Adult Categories.

Then, return to the menu and select Player.
image
Next, go to Additional Codec Settings (it's recommended to leave the codec settings as default).

In this menu, you can choose an External Player.

You can select the player at your discretion, as performance may vary on different devices. In my case, I chose Vimu Media Player (this player needs to be installed from the Play Store beforehand).

That's it! The basic settings are now complete. Press the back button a few times to return to the main screen of the app. Depending on the active package, there may or may not be a Media Library section in the menu.

Select Live Broadcast, and you will be taken to the categories where you can select the desired channel to watch.
